EULA — End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Upon purchasing a digital product through Etsy (ForgeProject) or Whop, the buyer is granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased product. The scope of permitted use (personal or commercial) is determined by the information provided in the respective product listing.

2. Permitted Use

Use for your own personal or commercial projects (as specified in the listing)
Editing and adapting the product for your own use
Incorporation into your own end products (e.g., designs, print products, publications)

3. Prohibited Use

The following actions are expressly prohibited:

Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the product in unmodified or minimally modified form
Uploading to other marketplaces, platforms, or file-sharing services
Sublicensing or transferring the license to third parties
Using the product to create competing digital products that consist primarily of the purchased material

4. No Warranty

The product is provided without any warranty. The licensor makes no guarantee that the product is free of errors, fit for a particular purpose, or functions correctly in every software environment.

5. Limitation of Liability

The licensor's liability is — to the extent permitted by law — fully excluded. This includes in particular damages resulting from use or inability to use the product, data loss, loss of profit, and other direct or indirect consequential damages.

Excluded from this are damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence; such liability is mandatory by law and is not limited by this agreement.

6. Termination of License

This license terminates automatically and without notice if the licensee violates any of the terms of this agreement. Upon termination, all copies of the product must be deleted.

7. Governing Law

The laws of the Republic of Bulgaria apply. The place of jurisdiction is — to the extent permitted by law — Braknitsa, Bulgaria.
