These Terms of Service apply to all digital products (SVG files, PDFs, prompt packages, templates, and similar file formats) offered through the platforms Etsy (shop: ForgeProject) and Whop.

Digital products are made available for download immediately after successful payment. No physical delivery takes place. Access is granted through the respective sales platform (Etsy or Whop).
Digital products are delivered "as-is". No guarantee is made that the products are fit for a specific purpose, compatible with any particular software or system, or meet the individual expectations of the buyer.
In the event of a technical defect (e.g., corrupt file, download not possible), a replacement file will be provided.
The operator's liability for direct or indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss, or other consequential damages is — to the extent permitted by law — fully excluded.
Excluded from this are damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the operator; such liability remains mandatory by law and is not limited by these terms.
Upon purchase, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with the information provided in the respective product listing. Details regarding permitted use are governed by the EULA.
The laws of the Republic of Bulgaria apply, taking into account applicable EU law. The place of jurisdiction is — to the extent permitted by law — Braknitsa, Bulgaria.
Consumers residing in an EU member state may also contact the competent courts of their country of residence.
The operator reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
